4. Mould & Mold Fee

Q: Do you charge for mold?

A: Yes, mold fee is required for new customized products. The mold cost depends on product structure and size.

Q: How long for mold development?

A: Normally 7–15 working days after receiving mold payment and confirmed design.

Q: Will you keep our mold safe?

A: Yes. We will keep your mold safely and only use it for your orders. We sign confidentiality agreements to protect your design.

5. MOQ & Order

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: MOQ is flexible. For stock items: small quantity accepted. For customized products: usually 1000–5000 pcs (depends on product).

Q: Can we get a sample before mass order?

A: Yes. We provide samples for quality checking. Sample fee and shipping cost may apply.

6. Production & Lead Time

Q: How long is the mass production lead time?

A: Normally 10–15 working days after receiving deposit and confirming all details.

Q: Can you accept urgent orders?

A: Yes. We can arrange priority production for urgent orders with extra cost if needed.

7. Quality Control

Q: How do you control product quality?

A: We have strict incoming inspection, production inspection and finished product inspection to ensure stable quality.

Q: What if products have quality problems?

A: We will reproduce or refund according to actual situation after confirmation.

8. Price & Payment

Q: Why is your price higher/lower than others?

A: Our price is based on material grade, product size, workmanship, mold cost and order quantity. We always offer factory direct competitive price.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, PayPal. Usually 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

A: Yes. We support OPP bag, color box, blister packaging, gift box with your brand design.
