This confidentiality agreement is not only a written commitment, but also a rigid implementation rule throughout the entire cooperation cycle, covering the whole process from preliminary project docking, design proofing, mold opening, mass production, packaging to logistics delivery and after-sales service, ensuring zero leakage of all client-related confidential information.

• Brand & Logo Protection: Strictly keep confidential all client brand logos, brand names, trademark information and brand image design, never disclose, copy, imitate or use for any third-party cooperation without explicit written permission.
• Product & Design Confidentiality: Fully protect client’s exclusive product design drawings, prototype samples, structural parameters, customized silicone product styles, special performance requirements and proofing results, prohibit internal disclosure and external circulation.
• Process & Data Security: Keep confidential client’s order details, customized process requirements, Pantone color matching data, exclusive packaging design drawings and all project-related technical and business data.
• Cooperation Information Privacy: Never disclose client’s company information, cooperation terms, market plans and other sensitive content to any unrelated third party, including competitors.

Beyond signing a formal confidentiality agreement, we have established a complete internal confidentiality management system to ensure the agreement is fully implemented. Our core team (R&D, production, quality control, sales, logistics) receives regular confidentiality training, and all employees sign internal confidentiality commitments.
